The Eirwolf draws inspiration from the Wheel of the Year and from Nordic seasonal traditions, while focusing on four key turning points: Spring Equinox, Midsummer, Autumn Equinox, and Yule.

Each season carries its own mood, symbols, and materials. Some pieces feel lighter and awakening. Others feel darker, quieter, more protective, or more inward. This is why The Eirwolf handmade work changes through the year rather than following one fixed expression.

This is a modern creative interpretation, with each collection shaped by the atmosphere, symbolism and natural rhythm of its season.

Four fixed blót gatherings are believed to have marked the winter solstice, spring equinox, summer solstice and autumn equinox in Norse tradition. The Eirwolf uses these four seasonal points as a modern creative framework rather than a historical reconstruction.

Midwinter / Yule
The deepest darkness of the year and the first return of light — a season of endurance, protection, remembrance and renewal.
Colours: black, burgundy, charcoal and antique bronze.
Symbols: the hexagram, snowflake, evergreen, flame and small bells.

Spring Equinox
A point of balance as light begins to overtake darkness — associated with awakening, movement, new growth and choosing what will be carried forward.
Colours: black, deep moss green, stone grey and muted silver.
Symbols: sprouting branches, seeds, protective knots and new leaves.

Midsummer / Summer Solstice
The height of light and life — a season of vitality, courage, protection and creative fire.
Colours: black, deep teal, forest green and aged gold.

Autumn Equinox
A second point of balance — a season of harvest, gratitude, reflection and release before winter returns.
